In the heart of Taunton's Bridge Street, you'll find Moonshine — our cherished bottle and cocktail bar, brought to life by us, Sue and Joe Hewes. Our journey began on December 5, 2019, marking the rebirth of a location steeped in history. Once the Telegraph Pub, then the Cider Press, this site spent 18 years as an antiques shop before becoming Moonshine: a modern haven for cocktail lovers.
Moonshine Taunton isn't just about drinks; it's about the experience. We've created a warm, welcoming space where you can relax, catch up, and celebrate — whether you're stopping by for a quiet drink or planning something special. Our walled beer garden, with its sheltered area and ambient charm, offers a hidden gem for sunny afternoons or private gatherings.
