Moonshine isn't just a place; it's a story. Located on Bridge Street in Taunton, our building has a captivating history. It began as the Telegraph Pub, transformed into the Cider Press Pub, and after an 18-year period as an antique shop, we reignited its legacy as Moonshine on December 5, 2019. This location's transformation mirrors our own journey - one of change, adaptation, and revival.

At Moonshine Taunton, our vision extends beyond serving exceptional drinks. We aim to create a space where every person feels at home. Whether you're here for our signature cocktails, our diverse range of bottled drinks, or just to soak in the atmosphere, we want Moonshine to be your preferred retreat in Taunton.

Our cozy, friendly ambiance is complemented by our walled beer garden, offering both sunshine and shelter. This space, like every corner of Moonshine, is designed with comfort and enjoyment in mind.

Shortly after opening in December 2019, the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to close Moonshine's doors. But our community spirit kept us going — with Joe working in retail and Sue as a nurse, we adapted, endured, and reopened in August 2021 stronger than ever.
